This recipe makes enough dough for a large size pan of pizza base, if rolled quite thin (but not paper thin).
- 2 1/4 cups brown bread flour (or whatever ratio of brown to white you are most comfortable with)
- 1 sachet yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tblspn olive oil
- 3/4 cups warm water
Chuck everything in the bread machine, select the ‘dough’ option and hit start. It should take about an hour and a half. Once the machine is finished, roll the dough out on a floured surface until thin. Add toppings and bake for around 20 minutes until cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
